River ferry Pikku-Föri

The Pikku-Föri ferry takes event visitors across the Aurajoki river free of charge. Departure points are: on the western bank of the river the dock behind the stern of the Suomen Joutsen ship, and on the eastern bank of the Aurajoki river by the harbour crane and the Viking Line stage. The ferry runs Wed 19 July–Sun 23 July between 10 a.m. and 11 p.m. The ferry holds 38 passengers at a time.

An extra ferry for carrying visitors across the river

In addition to Föri and Pikku-Föri, the yellow ferry Replot 2 will transport event guests across the river.
The ferry will run from the pontoon at Turku Castle across the river to the shipyard shore. The ferry holds around 300 passengers. The trip is free of charge. The extra ferry will run continuously during the event on 20–22 July from 12 noon to 11 p.m. The ferry will not run on Sunday 23 July.

Attention! As a large audience is expected to attend the free concerts on the Viking Stage of the eastern bank on Friday and Saturday, the Replot 2 ferry will not operate for safety reasons on Friday or Saturday between 4:45 p.m and 6 p.m. After the break, the ferry will continue to operate, starting from the eastern dock.

Water bus transport between the River Aura and the Kansanpuisto park in Ruissalo

A water bus will run on the River Aura during the event, providing a great opportunity to see the ships from a new perspective.
